Detroit Day 23: Weekday Pool Party

I previously wrote about the Detroit Futbol League, which is an amateur league which has games on Tuesdays and Thursdays, after which they go to a different bar in the city. Well this Tuesday they threw a party at the Detroit Yacht Club on Belle Isle. I am not sure words are enough to explain how much fun we had. The party started around 8pm and because of the recent heat wave, we were able to stay in the pool until midnight without catching hypothermia. The best part of it all was enjoying the incredible sunset from the pool. If you have not had a chance to hangout with this group I would highly suggest that you go to a game and follow them to the bar afterwards.
