Detroit Day 18: Biking and Budweiser

Yesterday I spent a good portion of my day biking and exercising. I ran one mile, worked out with my trainer for an hour then biked 22 miles round trip from downtown to my mom’s house. Biking long distances in the city really makes me fall in love with it even more. Give it a try!

Budweiser Made in Michigan

Yesterday afternoon two friends sent me the link to register for this event and I am glad they did. The event was held at the Fillmore on Woodward and is part of the promotional tour for the Made in America Festival which will take place for the second time in Philly during Labor Day Weekend. My girls and I had so much fun last week that we already booked our tickets and lodging for this year’s event.

Firstly, I love the branding and set up of the space. All I kept saying is “this is such a dope event!” I will let the pictures and video speak for themselves but it really was an amazing night and got me much more excited for Philly. I hope to see you all there.
