Buenos dias from Buenos Aires!!

If you follow me on Instagram, you already know that I am in Buenos Aires. I have been here for two days now and I am finally coming out of recovery mode. After three flights and 21 hours of door-to-door travel I was simply exhausted. The sunshine and warm weather has definitely made for an easy transition from the bitterly cold winter in the Northern Hemisphere. I am staying with a friend from grad school and his wonderful girlfriend and I have already met several of their friends as well. I do not speak Spanish, but my Italian has come in quite handy for following conversations at dinner. As yet I haven’t taken too many pictures, but as soon as I do I will post some. If you have any recommendations for the city, please include them in the comments. I will be here until Thursday.
