Norah’s Vintage Loft
While in Detroit I spent a lot of time exploring new places in the city including new shops. One shop I stumbled upon is Norah’s Vintage Loft, named after the owner Najah’s gorgeous daughter. As I approached the shop, the $10 rack outside caught my eye and just as I almost got to the end of the rack empty handed, I found the cutest midi dress. So I went in to try it on.
The owner Najah is very kind and the store has a great look and feel. Everything is beautifully displayed and upon entering you aren’t hit with that yucky vintage smell that you often find in many stores. The store’s namesake was there playing on a vintage wooden rocking horse as cute as can be.
There were a number of pieces that caught my eye and she even has a men’s section. I could’ve spent more time and money, but technically I should not have been buying anything as I am on a self-imposed shopping freeze and I was running late for a lunch date. But if you are in the downtown area or in need of some new one of a kind vintage pieces make your way to Norah’s Vintage Loft. You will not be disappointed.
