Where on earth is Carmen Sandiego?

For a few years now, people who know me have been calling me Carmen Sandiego because most conversations start with, “where are you now?”

I know I have been gone for an obscene amount of time. You can thank the London School of Economics and Political Science for that. Since October 2009, I have been fully engrossed in essays, presentations, journal articles, exams and dissertations, in my attempts to obtain a Master of Science in Development Studies. Wondering what that means? I signed up to learn how to reduce global poverty. It took a year and several thousand £s to find out that the jury is still out on the solution.

Anywho, even though I haven’t been blogging, I have still been traveling and in the last ten months I have been to fifteen countries and even had to have new pages added to my passport.
