catch me in detroit

MAY 17–19, 2019

#catchmeindetroit is a 35th birthday celebration and kickoff to my last 26 countries on my mission to become the first black woman to visit every country in the world.

For the last 12 years I have celebrated my birthday in foreign countries with friends and family. This year as I mark my 35th year of life during my journey, I wanted to bring the celebration home. I moved back to Detroit two years ago because I think it is an amazing city!! I want to share my city with you and celebrate as I kickoff the last leg of my journey.
