Eating NYC: Wafels and Dinges

Following several hours at Agave on a Saturday afternoon in NYC we were hungry again. A mission for ice cream ended at the Wafels and Dinges food truck. I proclaimed that I didn’t want a waffle, but my friends forced me to order. I ordered de bacon + syrup wafel with vanilla ice cream and OMG!!! It was amazing. I was literally licking the box that it came in. So delicious. My friends were quite keen on the spekuloos, which has a texture reminiscent of nutella or dulce de leche. I was not a fan.
